Booking a session

Your first session invites you to talk about what has brought you into therapy, and explore your best hopes for this process. All first sessions requires a debit/credit card on file. We charge $30 for no shows, or intake sessions not cancelled prior to 48 hours.

Environment

We try our best to create a space that is warm and welcoming.  We want you to feel safe, and free of judgement. Most of all we want you to feel like you can be you without any masks, or any walls between you and your goals.

Process

All sessions with our therapists require completion of an intake form, and collection of valid copies of insurance card and government issued identification before you meet with them. Intake forms are completed electronically in our secure client portal from the comfort of your home, or in our office.

Paying for services

We accept most insurances. For those who do not have insurance, we offer affordable out of pocket rates. We accept payments by debit/credit cards. After the first session, sessions not cancelled prior to 48 hours incur a cancellation fee of $40 to be paid prior to meeting your therapist for your next session.
