We accept the following insurances for residents of New York State:

1199, Aetna, Aetna Auxiant Plans, Aetna Meritian, Affinity by Molina, Anthem (Medicaid and Commercial Plans), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Medicaid and Commercial Plans), Cigna(Evernorth), Fidelis, Healthfirst, Metroplus, New York City Emblem Health (Formerly GHI. Must say United Health Care next to Emblem Health at the top right of card), and United Health Care (Commercial and Medicaid Plans).

*If you have an out of State Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan, you must have a PPO plan to receive services from us as a local New York Anthem Provider. Presentation of an out of state Anthem BCBS card is not a guarantee of services and will need to be verified.

SLIDING SCALE

Sliding Scale

We understand how important mental health is. That’s why we offer sliding scale rates for individuals experiencing financial hardship.

Sliding scale rates are considered on a case-by-case basis and are based on financial hardship. To be considered, you and any other participating members over 18 may be asked to provide documentation demonstrating financial hardship, such as recent bank statements, pay stubs, proof of public assistance, or confirmation of financial support from another individual or collection of unemployment if you are unemployed.

Approved rates vary and are determined based on income, expenses, therapist experience, and other relevant circumstances.
